I began my Chiropractic career over two decades ago as a graduate with honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. As a practitioner during this time, my primary goal has been and will always be Patient-Centered Care.
Being in the present with the patient and directing them to a better way of health and life is the goal. I accomplish this through integrative comprehensive treatment plans that fit individual needs through chiropractic care. Additionally, educating the patient is an integral part of helping you to health and wellness.

As a chiropractor who works with patients from all walks of life, I love to provide natural and sustainable pain relief, preventative care and wellness care. I believe that the cure to many sources of chronic pain doesn't lie in addictive substances or expensive surgeries, but in chiropractic care.
Since becoming a chiropractor in 2013 I have worked hard to earn the respect of patients and the community by providing exceptional care to treat ailments such as lower back pain, sports injuries, arthritis, scoliosis, and many others.
In my spare time, I love watching movies, playing games, karaoke and baking. I thoroughly enjoy being outdoors and spending time with my family camping and going off on the next fun adventure.

Having moved and lived in many cities across the country I have settled in Tucson, AZ, and look forward to serving and educating the community.
In my free time, I love the outdoors, playing with my dog Archie, watching movies, and traveling as often as possible.

I was born and raised in Gibraltar, MI and first became inspired by chiropractic after serving in the U.S. Air Force. When I left the Air Force, I attended Cleveland Chiropractic College.
While I was working towards my Doctor of Chiropractic degree, I received several awards for service and outstanding achievement in research and scholarship.
I have been practicing chiropractic since 2012 and consider mysefl to be a holistic practitioner. I am knowledgeable on the many benefits of manual medicine for overall health and wellness, as well as many specific techniques such as Gonstead, Graston, Flexion/Distraction, Thompson, Prenatal, Pediatric, and animals.
Over the course of my career, I have had the opportunity to work with a breadth of patients ranging from infants to athletes and Air Forceman, and have learned to treat a range of cases including sciatica pain, neck pain, lower and upper back pain, arthritis pain, and migraines. I love serving the Tucson and surrounding areas in our community!

With Master's degrees in Science; Education, and Counseling, I am passionate about serving and supporting others in wellness.
It is my hope to provide a safe space and meet people where they are in their health and life's journey to provide a comprehensive roadmap to health. And it is my passion to live by our clinic's motto: Above all else, we serve.
Additionally, being fluent in American Sign Language, we can offer direct care to our Deaf and hard of hearing patients without the need to schedule an interpreter.
